STALLION DESCRIPTION:
Head sire status at Al Shahania Farm in Doha Qatar goes to the 1986 bay stallion Djendel (Manganate x Mandore) who is credited as the foundation upon which the breeding program rests. He is a leading race sire in the Middle East and is himself a winner in the Gulf as well as France and England with five firsts from nine starts. He has sired multiple stakes winners both in the Gulf and in the U.S., including the homebred mare, Arc de Ciel, winner of the 2000 HH Emir’s Sword (one of two homebred Arabians to win an Emir’s Sword race)
